Alhamdulillah sampai awal sebelum 9.00 pagi. Oh santai. Makan roti serat tinggi sahaja 3 keping. Tengahari ke PCMC Fisio. Sejam juga tunggu. Tidak apa nama pun `drop by`. Oh perbincangan sampai bila ingin pakai `PG` ini. Agak `down` pula kenangkan. uhuks. Pulang awal dan sempat bersenam main basikal dengan Alyaa. Syukur!

Macam biasa. Kena betulkan MPR oh MPR. Banyak betul pembetulanlah. Oh tengahari makan roti sahaja. Malam makan ayam bakar sahaja. Petang senaman ringan setengah jam. Mahapler cerita senaman sahaja tetapi itu lah HOBI terbaru untuk kekal sihat.

Macam biasa bekerja. Tengahari teman isteri tercinta ke bank dan kemudian `dating` di Ayers Rock. Pertama kali mencoba. Alhamdulillah sedap makan daging. Oh tidak ramai orang makan di sini. Avenue K pun sudah hidup lepas diberikan pembedahan kosmetik dengan sekarang ramai orang dan `parking` harga berpatutan sekali. Malam makan roti sahaja serat tinggi.
